This housing is designed to be the end all, in a heavy truck with any hp motor on 40”+ tyres.
This housing can be built in any width (based at 2000mm) as it requires full custom full floating axles (40 or jumbo 36 spline).
This uses a ford 9” based carrier with 3.75” or 4.0” journals.
Custom machined 4140 flanges suit F350 super duty unit bearings (3.75” ID journal) requiring gearworks drive adapters.
100% Cad designed, CNC laser cut and CNC press bent, 4.0” seamless axle tubes, MIG welded.
BIS80 10mm face plate.
Fully braced internally, externally.
Price listing is for fully welded 350gr mild steel (4130 and strenx avail upon request).
ARP 3/8” UNF 4130 press fit flanged studs/nuts.
Speedflow 2” filler/inspection port.
-8 AN male stainless weld on breather.
Raw finish, unpainted.
Conventional Triangulated 4link mounts, reverse upper triangulation mounts, panhard mounts, link tabs, sway bar tabs all avail upon request.
