N70 3 LINK SOLID AXLE SWAP
Introducing the first aussie hilux 3link SAS kit.
This kit far exceeds performance of any radius arm kit, in all aspects.
This is designed to be the most flex and bump compliant, and most offroad capable example of a solid axle setup as possible, designed for big travel.
-Benefits of the 3link design
3link eliminates the bushing bind on flex, eliminating the short life span of bushings & giving more flex compliance.
Reducing radial twisting load on axle housing caused by bushing bind.
Consistent caster curve - with 17” of wheel travel this still retains positive caster creating a very predictable, straight-tracking drive.
Long control arms creating a consistent wheel base and consistent geometry with long shocks.
Less unsprung weight of links vs solid radius arms.
KIT INCLUDES
BeanzFab flipped (non flipped avail) GU patrol sheetmetal front diff housing (bare), with all 3link cleats, coilover tabs and panhard bracket full welded.
Fox 2.5 × 12” dual rate coilovers with eibach springs, valved to suit.
Fox 2”x 2” hydraulic bump stops and mounting accessories.
Sheetmetal coil towers.
Replacement gearbox crossmember with all 3 link mounts/trans mount.
Custom aluminium sump/stainless pickup for the most possible up travel.
3x control arms utilising 1” heims and boots with misalignment spacers.
32mm OD solid 4140 bar panhard bar with 7/8” heim on chassis end and factory urethane bushing on diff end.
Chassis overlay plates with locating keys for alignment of associated components. 3mm 250gr mild steel.
4130 tube crush tubes for thru-chassis bolting of GU patrol steering box. (upgraded to 1/2” bolts).
All fully shanked high tensile hardware with cone lock nuts.
Limit strap kit inc. adjustable clevis, mounting tabs and straps.
In depth instructions and post purchase personalised support setting up vehicle.
For those looking to use shocks longer than 12” it will be a personalised order as shocks will be through the inner guard and potentially engine cage. This will also require the extra heim steering kit listed below as the factory steering arm ball joints bind at around 13” of travel.

CNC machined 1.25” 4140 bar to accept 1” heims.
1” Heims with misalignments
All laser cut double shear platework for pitman arm and steering knuckle.
3/4” high tensile hardware with cone lock nuts.
This kit is biased towards the hard wheeler with good mechanical/fabrication aptitude, as even though ive done the hard work designing it to where it is, you still need a mechanical idea on how to assemble this kit.
If youre not spending all youre time in steep, deep wash outs in low range then i would suggest the BeanzFab N70/N80 long travel kit to have a much better work vs reward ratio.
