This kit is designed for big travel, big holes and fast cross country driving and with big travel comes big articulation.
This is the heart of a BeanzFab vehicle, this kits geometry establishes the characteristics of the vehicle, how it turns, how it leans, how it squats, how the chassis flows over the big stuff.
With 14” shocks this kit achieves 24” of wheel travel, keeping the tyres planted on the ground over nearly any bump or hole pushing you forward faster than any hilux was designed to go offroad.
Kit includes-
BeanzFab sheetmetal GU rear diff housing, double braced, tabbed with upper/lower control arm mounts, 2” speedflow filler/inspection port, -8AN breather.
Single or dual pocket trailing arms with either 1” uniball or pinch bung 1” heim aft pivot options available.
4130 crmo upper control arms with 1” heims, TIG welded.
Large trailing arm mounting crossmember replacing the centre bearing support.
Adjustable squat UCA chassis mounting brackets
3mm internal chassis overlay plates
Torsion sway bar kit, TIG welded lever arms, 4130 tube links TIG welded with 7/8” heim ends. all bushings and diff tabs included.
Aluminium 140L custom CAD designed, TIG welded fuel cell with mounting brackets and straps.
Transfer case bolt on handbrake assembly, utilising willwood mechanical caliper.
Note there is no upper shock mounts included in this package, tentative to customers shock requirements, we can design shock towers using measurements upon request. please contact us with specs and we can assist.
Note this fits single cab and space cab only.
