This 1200X2400mm fixture table is cnc laser cut from 10mm 250gr mild steel with a 150mm return around the outside and 3 gussets through the middle.
Tab and slot design to ensure perfect alignment.

The reason these tables stand above other tables on the market, is they are 10mm thick which makes for a very rigid and strong working table. Most other tables on the market are sub 8mm. Do it once, do it properly, these tables last decades of abuse with no back chat.
once table is fully built total weight is around 400kg
Full width drawers are available to stow filler wire, fixture components, consumables ect. Drawers use 3mm steel top and cover the drawer to ensure drawer contents stay clean. drawer itself is 3mm aluminium, all cnc.
